FAQ's
How do I place an order?

You can click the "add to cart" button for
the items you want to order, and complete the secure checkout
process. This site is equipped with a PayPal shopping cart.

You can print a copy of the order form,
fill it out, and mail it to us with your check, money order, or
credit card number. Don't forget to add the shipping charges noted
on the order form!

You can send us an email with the catalog
numbers you want and either pay directly through PayPal, call us
with your credit card number, or mail a check/money order.
I placed an order and did not receive a confirmation...

We really DO try to send a quick email in response to an order
notification within 24 hours. We don't use the automatic shipping
notification process, and when you do business with us, you are
dealing directly with the owner of the business.

If you don't hear from us right away, it might be a good idea to
write an email and ask if we've seen your order.
How long will it take to
receive my order?

We nearly always ship within 24 hours of
receiving your order, and if your order is going to be delayed,
we'll contact you.

Our standard method of shipping is USPS
First Class. If you need your order fast, all you have to do is let
us know and we can do our best to accommodate your requests.

We are happy to ship internationally, but please note there are
additional shipping charges in some cases! Please contact us in
advance if you have an order you'd like shipped outside the
continental U.S.
